A festival wedding...
We design and manufacture our beautiful tepee tents ourselves and they make a funky and fun backdrop for your wedding. No need for taxis or walking, your celebrations can continue all weekend. All tents come fully carpeted and have real memory foam mattresses, lighting, table and decorations
Reserve your glamping village, at a venue of your choice, and guests can book directly with us so you don’t have the hassle of organizing them.
a Wedding suite...
Our wedding suite is a huge 6m diameter, fully carpeted with a proper king size bed and luxury bedding. It has a power box for basic electricals, chairs and tables and can be decorated in various styles to suit your theme. Next to it we pitch our 3 m luggage tent, bali flags and outside lighting for the village.
Package deals available for 10 or more tents, if you don’t have a venue field please contact us as we have some “secret” options we can offer just for you.
Optional extras include fire pits, the giant chair, children’s chill out tent and our Berber relax shelter.

hire terms and conditions
The HIRER is the person hiring the tent and furnishings from the company Northern Star Tepees' and must be at least 18 years of age.
The Hire charge is the total amount due under the invoice which includes delivery, pitch and set up of furnishings, disassembly after the event and collection.
A booking is confirmed once a quote is given and a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the overall booking is paid.
The remaining balance and a £50 security deposit is due 6 weeks prior to the actual event date. The security deposit covers damage to the tents or furnishings and breakages or extra cleaning that may be required. This will be returned 7 days after collection minus any deductions if applicable.
Bookings made less than 4 weeks before the event payment will be required in full.
28 days notice is required for cancellation of the booking by either party. Less than 28 days 50% of the hire charge is forfeited.
The tents must only be erected and dismantled by the insured or experienced employees of the insured.
Fires, BBQ's and candles are not permitted inside or within 6 metres of the tents.
Smoking is not permitted inside or within 6 metres of the tents.
No animals permitted in the tents without prior arrangement.
If weather conditions prove to be completely unsuitable for your event, we will work with you to secure another date.
The hirer is responsible for the rental of the site and also for supplying a clean flat pitching surface and site map.
